I’m failing to delete a private license file, on a repo that doesn’t need a license.
I get an internal server error (500).
Is it possible that Gitea needs an update? One of my friends has a git server that is on Gitea 1.1.2, could there be a bug that needs to be patched?
I will look into updating, but I didn’t notice in their change notes anything about not being able to delete a license. I will look into it as well.
Looks like the Gitea instance here has been updated to 1.1.3 since this issue was created, any chance that this issue is resolved?
I hope I’m not misunderstanding the issue at hand, though I was able to create a public repo (test) and a private repo (test2) with different licenses and delete the licence files without error.
both repo’s are now public for review.
Bugs related to third party services like Gitea or Rainloop should be tagged Upstream or something similar, to differentiate from bugs related to Teknik itself.
I have no problems deleting any file from a repo, as well, on the present Gitea version.
@jimmybot, still an issue?
I would close it. The OP is not active around here and he can re-open it with example files for us to replicate the issue (like @jcmdln took the trouble to provide), if he really cares.
@jimmybot, re-open if you still have this issue
No due date set.
This issue currently doesn't have any dependencies.
