#39 No SSL redirection on git and mail subdomains

I think this used to work fine but just yesterday I started noticing that git.teknik.io and mail.teknik.io are not force-redirected to the SSL connection.

If I manually prefix the URLs with https:// it works but typing back http:// doesn’t force redirect to https://.

If I open the main domain first, teknik.io, then the subdomains above are correctly force redirected.

The subdomain blog.teknik.io works correctly on any occasion so, maybe Gogs and Rainloop have their own .htaccess files which are preventing Teknik’s default redirection?

Tested on Windows/Linux and Firefox.

As a suggestion, would it be OK to add repo.teknik.io as a subdomain alias to git.teknik.io? I kinda like the 4-letter-words subdomains as in mail, blog and repo.

Before I got off from work, it started working again in Firefox. I played with some cache settings in the browser so, don’t know if that did it or you fixed it on your side. In the mean time, at home (OS X, Safari), all subdomains are redirected correctly too.

Any thoughts about the repo subdomain suggestion before I close this one?
