Currently, we force the user to specify the output name though they may not know what the original file was. A better approach would be to prompt the user to choose between actions if a file of the same name as the decoded files original name is found in the directory. Alternatively, flags could be used instead of these prompts, which would be useful for uninterrupted batch processing.
