1339.cf domain has been hijacked.
cocaine.ninja is dead.
pomf.amatsuka.com was intentionally removed, it seems.
p.fuwafuwa.moe is down. Paying attention to when it comes back.

Remove pomf.lesderid.net and update p.fuwafuwa.moe

pomf.lesderid.net has been deprecated for a while. It still works, but it 
may stop working in the future.

p.fuwafuwa.moe now has an upload limit of 256MiB.
